LPGA Tour cancels Asia swing due to Covid-19

The Ladies Professional Golf Association has called off all four events of its Asia swing in the wake of the global Covid-19 pandemic due to the quarantine requirements in place with crossing country borders.

The BMW Ladies Championship, which was scheduled for October 22-25 in Busan, South Korea, and the Toto Japan Classic, which was set for November 6-8 in Ibaraki, Japan, will now not take place in 2020. Both events are due to return to the LPGA Tour schedule in 2021.
